Our trip today in Kagishima was excellent, the best so far! Made all the better by our guide Ted who was professional, organised, informative and genuinely a nice person. 

We had an itinerary, a map and a guide to the city which was very useful and kept us informed as to what we would be doing during the day. His time keeping was excellent and we could have stayed with him longer he was so good!

A fun enjoyable day at 3 local hells with Shimon, stroll the Otani Park area for lunch spots, then last stop - vista point of the city with natural steam coming through among the houses.  

Shimon was very good,  personable, knowledgeable about Beppu, helpful in explaining and taking us on the side streets to explore lunch options.  We are  happy with his service.

Hugo is so nice.  So accommodating. We are in Nagasaki today. The weather is not great.  Heavy rains. Mr. Ren Jiang was great! Very punctural and very accommodating. He took us to 5 places and got back with plenty of time to spare during our shore excursion. My driver Mr Yang Shuo was great. We spent about two weeks traveling mostly in Hokkaido. As we were 14 people, we rented two Toyota HiAce vans. Our accommodations were provided by the agency and we do not have any complaints. I really enjoyed the Hakone Valley day trip. The wild sections of the wall are fantastic, and the challenge was just right. If I had more time, I would have enjoyed an overnight camping tour. It was such a pleasure to tour Hakone and Mt. Fuji yesterday with Aki, our driver. His patience, knowledge, and good humor are beyond words. It was a perfect trip in every way. Despite the traffic, we had a wonderful hike up Mt. Fuji, a fantastic meal, and a smooth ride back. Aki was a fantastic driver from start to finish. He knows a lot of Japanese history, such as the Kyoto Philosophy Path, a popular spot to admire cherry blossoms. It seems that he is very proud of his heritage.
