ITINERARY A
Day 1: Arrival - tOKYO
Greetings from Japan! As soon as you arrive at Tokyo Airport (HND or NRT), our staff will welcome you and assist you in boarding the private Toyota minivan to your hotel. Following your check-in at the hotel and a short rest, we will take you to the lively, colorful downtown of Tokyo for a Welcome Dinner. After a hearty dinner and a walk, we will take you to your hotel for a good night's rest.
Accommodation: A nice central hotel for a reasonable price.
Day 2: TOKYO
We're going to check out some awesome places in Tokyo!
First up is Sensoji Temple, which was built a long time ago in the 7th century. Then we'll explore the Imperial Palace and its beautiful East Garden. We'll grab some lunch at Tsukiji Market, which is a great place to try some yummy food. After that, we'll hop on a Tokyo Waterbus to see the city's skyscrapers and coastline from the water. Next, we'll head to Shibuya Area and check out the famous Scramble Crossing. And finally, we'll visit Tokyo Tower, which is like Japan's version of the Eiffel Tower. It's going to be an awesome day!
Day 2: ToKYO
Tokyo is a super cool city with lots of awesome stuff to see! First, we'll check out Meji Jingu, a shrine that's all about Emperor Meiji. Then, we'll watch some Sumo Wrestlers training and fighting - you might even get to challenge them yourself! After that, we'll head to Shinjuku Gyoen to see the cherry blossoms. And finally, we'll spend the rest of the day exploring Odaiba district to see the Gundam, Rainbow Bridge, and Statue of Liberty. It's gonna be a blast!
Day 3: Hakone (Mt. Fuji)
We're going on a super cool trip to Mt. Fuji and Hakone! First, we'll stop by Oshino Hakkai, which is the perfect spot to see Mt. Fuji. Then, we'll head to the Chureito Pagoda, where we can see amazing views of Mount Fuji, especially when the cherry blossoms are blooming or during the fall when the leaves change color. Finally, we'll take a gondola ride to see the steamy vapors from the volcano eruption at Owakudari Valley.
Tonight, we'll stay at a traditional Japanese ryokan. It's going to be awesome!
Day 4: HAKONE-Kyoto
We will ride the super cool Shinkansen, also known as the bullet train, from Hakone to Kyoto in Japan. When we get there, we'll visit the Arashiyama Bamboo Forest and check out the old town while riding a fun rickshaw.
Once we're settled in at our hotel in Kyoto, we'll take you through Gion, the Geisha district. A great time is guaranteed!
Day 5: Kyoto
Get ready for an awesome tour of old-school Japan! We're hitting up the coolest spots in Kyoto. First stop: the Temple of the Golden Pavilion, a super peaceful Zen Buddhist temple. Next, we'll check out Fushimi Inari Taisha, a beautiful Shinto shrine with 10,000 bright red gates that you might recognize from the movie Memories of a Geisha. And to top it all off, we'll take a stroll through the gorgeous Kyoto Gyoen National Garden to see some pretty flowers. Let's go explore!
Day 6: Nara-Osaka
Today, we're hanging out in Nara, which used to be the big city in Japan way back in the 8th century. It's not too far from Kyoto, just a quick drive away. We'll start by checking out Nara Park, where you can feed the deer that are all over the place and super friendly. After that, we'll head over to Osaka and visit Osaka Castle. Then we'll go up to the top of a really tall building called Umeda to get a great view of the city. Finally, we'll walk around downtown in Dotonbori and Shinsaibashi to see all the cool stuff happening at night.
Day 7: Osaka Expo '25
Tomorrow morning, we'll take you to the Osaka Expo site where you can check out all the cool stuff at Osaka Expo 25. The theme is all about designing a better future for everyone. Yumeshima Island is where it's all happening, with awesome pavilions showing how we can help people, make them stronger, and bring everyone together. We'll come pick you up when you're done exploring for the day.
Day 8: Osaka - TOKYO
In the morning, we'll hop on the Shinkansen train to head back to Tokyo. You might catch a glimpse of Mt. Fuji as we zoom by! Then we'll take our private car to head to the Tokyo airport for your flight back home.
